Academic reading

Source evaluation, note-making, paraphrasing, synthesis and purposeful research reading.

Academic writing

Essay and report structure, referencing, argument development and academic integrity.

Seminars and lectures

Lecture comprehension, seminar participation, presentations and academic question-and-answer skills.

Independent learning

Time management, digital study tools, feedback use and preparation for university assessment.

Assessment and support

Progress you can see and discuss.

  • Guided practice with routine feedback
  • Progress reviews across academic-language and study tasks
  • Educere may issue an internal result or completion certificate. It is not an external award and does not automatically satisfy a university condition.

Scheduled teaching, standard digital materials and routine Educere assessment and support are included in the programme fee.

Do I need a conditional university offer?

Yes. This programme is for undergraduate or postgraduate applicants who already hold a conditional university offer.

Will every university accept Educere completion?

No universal acceptance is claimed. Admissions will discuss your specific offer, and any acceptance statement requires written evidence from the institution concerned.

Can I study online-only?

No. The programme is offered face-to-face in Swansea or through a defined hybrid timetable that includes Swansea classroom study.
